All NeoLife® logo apparel and merchandise is custom made to order.

Orders are typically produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Currently, NeoLife Gear ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We will expand shipping to additional countries in the future.

Shipping times vary based on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that delivery estimates begin after your order has been produced.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery dates, shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur.
