All NeoLife® logo apparel and merchandise is custom made to order. Due to this production method, all sales are final. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not accepted.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can review your request.

Please verify your size before placing your order by referring to the size chart provided on each apparel product page. Returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes cannot be accepted.
